(Angry Patriot) – You had to know this was coming, patriots. President Barack Obama was about to leave for good when he decided to alert the public to this money-making, narcissistic scheme!
The Obama Foundation is in the midst of becoming a reality. You didn’t think the tens of millions of dollars Bill and Hillary Clinton got through their foundation was lost on Michelle and Barack, did you?
“The Obama Presidential Center will tell the story of the Obama Administration,” according to the foundation website. “The Center will be the home of our Foundation — a warm, engaging, and welcoming place that will inspire people globally to ‘show up’ for the most important office in any democracy, that of citizen.”
So far, Michelle and Barack are only soliciting Americans to contribute “ideas” for the new Obama Foundation, but the money will surely start flowing in from liberals with deep pockets from around the world sometime soon.
The Obamas described their new foundation as a “startup for citizenship.” The Obama Foundation will be located in the South Side of Chicago, The Hill reports.
Although the Obama Foundation will be based in Chicago, its projects will be global — just like the Clinton Foundation. According to the former president and first lady, projects and programs launched by their foundation will take place “all over the city, country, and world.”
It looks like the Clinton Foundation now has a chief competitor for donor dollars. After Hillary Clinton’s embarrassing second presidential loss, liberals and socialists around the world might just decide to toss big wads of cash elsewhere.
“More than a library or museum, it will be a living, working center for citizenship,” the former president said in a video message he recorded before exiting the White House. “That’s why we want to hear from you. Tell us what you want this project to be.”
The liberal politician also added that the primary focus of the Obama Foundation will be on the development of the “next generation of citizens.” It appears, according to Obama.org, that Barack and Michelle are eager to teach young people “what it means to be a good citizen in the 21st Century.”
“True democracy is a project that’s much bigger than any one of us,” Barack Obama continued. “It’s bigger than any one person, any one president, any one government. It’s a job for all of us.”
The Obama Foundation will be run by longtime friend of Barack and Michelle, Marty Nesbitt, and former White House political director David Simas. The Obama Foundation will also be raising money for a presidential library.
