Hello everyone!! Happy new month, I hope 2017 has been kind to you thus far. For me it’s been a very interesting year but instead of sitting around and complaining about everything that isn’t working, I am making a conscious effort to take things one day a time. Living consciously to appreciate the blessings that I do have while hoping, working and praying for blessings that I am expectant about.
As with most new years, most of us have the resolution to be better, healthier, maybe lose some weight. For those in that category how is it going? Have you been able to actualize your fitness goals? If yes congratulations! if no what are you struggling with? What type of help do you need?
One of the best things that happened to me In 2016 was the launch of the Lose It Nigerian (LIN) movement. Forget the part where it’s changing lives of people all over the world, it has impacted me so positively. I have been able to live healthy while enjoying the occasional deep fried puffpuff! My weight has been stable and my skin has greatly improved. In fact hen, LIN has been heaven sent.
Recognizing the daunting nature of starting a new fitness journey, I have launched a bridging plan called the 3 day Jumpstart cleanse, this plan is designed for anyone and everyone no matter the fitness level. Best part, it’s currently priced cheaper than you r average sandwich (shawarma) meal. The average weightloss reported over the 3 days has been 3kg with the highest so far being over 7kg! When I tried it in January, I lost almost 10lbs. I kid you not. This program is an excellent way to drop a lot of weight in a short period of time.
